Ruling on Gusinsky's extradition postponed again

The ruling on the extradition of Vladimir Gusinsky has been postponed again. Media magnate's lawyer Domingo Plaza explained that one of the three justice signatures was missing on the document issued by the National Judicial Collegium of Spain. The lawyer did not say the missing signature was that of Justice Carlos Oliero, who did not agree with the March 26 decision of his colleagues to release Gusinsky on bail and entered a dissenting opinion to this effect.
