NTV staff meeting slated for April 17

A staff meeting of the NTV company is highly likely to take place on Tuesday, April 17, said press secretary Oleg Sapozhnikov of NTV Director General Boris Jordan. Speaking live on the RTR television on Saturday night, Boris Jordan said that the meeting would focus on the company's future. He noted that at present the company continued work in normal regime. He added that there were certain difficulties connected with the resignation of some staff members of the company. By now about 46 applications for resignation have been filed, said Oleg Sapozhnikov. Jordan's press secretary stressed that negotiations with the resigning journalists continued.
