The Russian parliament will consider the draft resolution in connection with the arrest of Slobodan Milosevic

At its plenary session on Wednesday, the State Duma (Lower House of Parliament) will consider the draft resolution "On the Situation Connected with the Arrest of Former President of the FRY Slobodan Milosevic." This decision was adopted at the session of the Lower House's Council on Tuesday. In the opinion of the authors of this document the responsibility for the conflict in the Balkans lies not only on the former Yugoslav leader, on whose extradition insists The Hague International Tribunal, but also on the NATO member-countries.
