Criminal Case On The Fact Of The Crash Of Russian Air Liner Initiated In Ukraine

At a plenary meeting on Tuesday the Ukrainian parliament backed the inquiry by the deputies to Prosecutor-General of Ukraine Mikhail Potrebenko on launching a criminal case on the fact of the crash of the Russian air liner Tu-154. The air liner crashed on October 4 over the Black Sea hit by a Ukrainian missile S-200. The parliamentary inquiry concerns the officials of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and envisages instituting a criminal case against those guilty of the tragedy.
