House Of Argun Mayor Attacked

Unidentified people opened fire from underbarrel grenade launchers and automatic small arms at the house of the mayor of the Chechen town of Argun, Movsar Temirbayev, last night, a local police officer has said. No one was killed or injured in the attack. The officer said no reply fire was opened in order not to jeopardize the neighbours. Police are looking for the attackers.
