Pavel Borodin Flies To Geneva To Participate In Regular Interrogations In Public Prosecutor's Office

Pavel Borodin, former president's business administration manager flies to Switzerland Sunday to participate in regular interrogations in Geneva's Office of the Public Prosecutor. The interrogations are scheduled for Monday morning and Tuesday, Borodin's lawyer Eleonora Sergeyeva told RIA Novosti. According to the lawyer, Borodin does not intend to answer questions of Investigator Daniel Devaud. Except Borodin, he is to question Behgjet Paccoli and two Swiss bankers. The investigators believe Borodin opened accounts in their banks. According to Sergeyeva's data, other accused were summoned for interrogation. The lawyer added that the investigator had not yet given response to her application for summoning for interrogation additional witnesses for the case. Pavel Borodin is accused of laundering money received illegally as a reward for granting contracts to Mabetex and Mercata Trading.
