At 22:00, Moscow time, on Thursday a commission of inquiry into the Tu-154 aircrash, led by Russian Security Council secretary Vladimir Rushailo, will fly to Adler. This was said by Alexander Neradko, Russian first deputy transport minister, at an operative briefing at the Russian State Service of Civil Aviation. He said that ships and helicopters of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, aircraft of the 4th air army of the North Caucasian military district are hurrying to the site of accident for rescue operations. Negotiations are under way with the representatives of the Russian and foreign marine rescue services, which have subsea craft: the black boxes must be found. Neradko said that there's little hope of finding them, because the depth of the sea on site of the air crash reaches 1.5 kilometers. Neradko also said that the Russian State Service of Civil Aviation maintains contacts with the Israeli state aviation service.
