Russia To Allocate $3.9M In Humanitarian Aid To Afghanistan

The Russian government discussed the possibility of rendering help to northern Afghanistan at its meeting today and made a decision to allocate 102.5m rubles (about $3.48m) and $401,330 for humanitarian aid and rescue operations in the northern Afghanistan. This information was reported by Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin.
