Floating Dock With Kursk Sub Raised In Roslyakovo

The floating dock with the Kursk nuclear submarine was raised completely on Thursday in the Roslyakovo village, Igor Dygalo, the Aide to the Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief and the Chief of the Navy Press Service, was quoted as saying. Water in the sub's compartments is currently being pumped out. According to Dygalo, law-enforcement officers and Navy experts are planning to conduct a detailed examination of the sub's hull on Thursday. In addition, it was also planned that experts of the Artillery and Missile Armament Department of the Russian Navy would examine the Kursk's combat load for its subsequent unloading.
