The remainder of the gang of notorious Chechen terrorist Ruslan Gelayev has been completely destroyed in Abkhazia, First Deputy Minister of Defence of the self-proclaimed republic of Abkhazia Guivi Agrba said by telephone on Monday. According to him, the Gelayev gang was destroyed in a missile-bomb strike, 150 militants were killed. The First Deputy Minister of Defence of Abkhazia made it clear that so far there had been no reports saying Gelayev himself had been killed. Gelayev and his gang of terrorists invaded Abkhazia a fortnight ago from the side of Georgia where he had based himself in the Pankisi Gorge. Georgian authorities who look through their fingers at the presence of Chechen terrorists on Georgian territory have moved the bandits to the Abkhaz frontier in a bid to pave the way for regular Georgian troops to Abkhazia. But the joint gangs of Chechen terrorists and Georgian bandits were routed in the mountains and are now forced to hide from the pursuit in small groups.
NATO has no plans to deploy troops on the Ukrainian territory, Jens Stoltenberg said. French President Emmanuel Macron earlier did not rule out a possibility to send Western military forces there
