Shooting In Gaza Strip

Several shooting incidents occurred between Israeli troops and Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on in the early hours of Friday. The shootings were located near the Netsarim junction and in Jewish settlements of Gadid, Neve Dkalim, and Netser Hazani. One Israeli soldier was wounded. Several fragmentation grenades were thrown into an Israeli outpost near Rafiah close to the border with Egypt. The Jewish settlement of Gush Katif came under mortar bomb shelling.
