Large Interior-forces Exercise Held To Defeat Bandit Formations

On Sunday a large-scale exercise of the Russian Interior Ministry's forces has begun under commander-in-chief Vyacheslav Tikhomirov. The press service of the interior forces of the North Caucasian military district reports that a training assembly of this scope is held for the first time ever. The goal is: acting out operations against bandit formations. Focus will be on teamwork between different units of the interior and other power departments, the press service reports.
