Minibus Gazel With 14 Passengers Falls Down From Bridge In Baku

In Baku a minibus Gazel with 14 passengers has fallen down from an eight-meter bridge. On an ice-covered road on the Sabuninski bridge the minibus has run into a Zhiguli compact car following on the opposite traffic lane, said the Baku traffic police department. The victims were promptly hospitalised. After getting medical help three of them left the hospital and the others with different injuries are receiving inpatient treatment. One passenger has been put in the intensive-care ward. The traffic police say effects of the accident could have been much worse if the gas cylinder in the Gazel minibus had exploded.
