Bandits Who Robbed Population Detained In Chechnya

Two members of a gang which for a long time robbed the population in the disguise of federal servicemen have been detained in Chechnya. Detainees Arayev and Dzhambekov were members of the group of a Rakhimov nicknamed Uzbek. According to the information of the secret services, he is Khattab's retainer who is in charge of the distribution of finance. The detained criminals operated mainly in the Kurchaloi district, robbing the population. The ill-gotten gains were used for the maintenance of militants. The bandits were detained on the crime scene at the village of Belty by the villagers themselves who handed them over to law-enforcement bodies, the administration of the Federal Security Service stressed.
