Staff and structural changes take place in Chechen government

The Chechen Government and Administration are undergoing staff and structural changes.

On Friday in the course of the Government's special session, presided over by Akhmad Kadyrov, it was announced that two vice-premiers were stripped of their portfolios - Ali Alavidinov, who had been the head of the agricultural complex, and Asrudi Magomadov, who had been tutoring the constructing block of the Government.

They were replaced by Dukvakha Abdurakhmanov - vice-premier, Minister of Agriculture, and Abu Sugaipov - former Housing and Municipal Utilities Minister, will now as the vice-premier head the Ministry of Constructing, Architecture and Housing and Municipal Utilities of the Republic.

First Deputy Head of Government Musa Doshukaev was lowered in his office. He is now a vice-premier, Minister of Industry.

Head of the Vinification Department Lom-Ali Yakyaev was removed from his office and replaced by Ruslan Chalayev.

The Chechen administration stated, that the personnel and structural reformations are not yet finished. It is planned before the end of January to cut down staff of the Republic's administration and government.
