On April 27, the supporters of Ukraine's federalization in the town of Lugansk, announced the creation of the People's Republic of Lugansk during a rally on Sunday.

The supporters of federalization in Lugansk demand Kiev should amnesty all participants of the protest movement in eastern Ukraine, recognize Russian an official language and hold a referendum on self-determination of Luhansk region.

The participants of the Sunday rally gave the Kiev authorities two days to meet the requirements. Otherwise, the authorities in Kiev will be considered "anti-national and criminal," warned the protesters.
