Yesterday 6 militants were killed in Chechnya.
According to the regional operational staff on conducting anti-terrorist operations in the North Caucasus, the militants were eliminated in the course of a special operation in the Grozny, Urus-Martan and Achkhoi-Martan regions of Chechnya.
Besides, several terrorist attacks against the federal forces were prevented. The staff noted that one of the landmines was planted in the highway on the way out from the Tzotzin-Yurt village. Three radio-controlled explosive devices were removed on the road section between Mairtup and Jugurta.
According to the staff, in the course of the military operation measures 10 militants' caches with weapons, ammunition and food were eliminated.
