A luxury watch worth EUR30,000 (US$40,776) has been stolen from a boutique in Vienna.

The watch, which is part of a collection designed by Formula 1 manager Flavio Briatore, was taken from a glass display case in a downtown Vienna boutique Wednesday afternoon, the Austria Press Agency reported.

A saleswoman noticed that the expensive item, studded with black diamonds, was gone when she went on her lunch break, APA quoted the boutique's manager, Andreas Marek, as saying.

The boutique is offering EUR3,000 (US$4,078) to anyone who tracks down the precious piece. Worldwide, there is only one more of its kind, according to APA.

Police declined to provide details on the matter.
