Fernando Zambrana to TIMOTHY BANCROFT-HINCHEY

Greetings Timothy!

Way to go in defending yourself from Mr. Eyal and other recent inquiries in regards to the credibility of the information you provide for the paper. It seems you have a trace of "yurist", lawyer, in your style of defense.

Let me go straight to the point. I read that you guys over there in Pravda are planning to release a Portuguese version of the paper. I was wondering if there were any plans of making the same move, but for a Spanish version.

Being a spanish-native speaker myself living in a strange corner of Latin America, I feel it would be fair for Ibero-America and it's 400 something million Spanish speakers to have access to the diversity of views offered by Pravda. I am an avid reader, and sometimes a writer, for Pravda.ru, and I think it is phenomenal. It is a colorful picture of a complicated world where people from the left and right come together to place their views for the rest to see.

It is a tempting offer to open the doors of Pravda to Spanish speaking people over Latin America, where the Internet is steadily engraving itself in the psyche and lifestyle of the population in general. Please, do consider this offer seriously and talk about it with the respective editorial authorities (that is the reason why I forward a Carbon Copy of the email to some of the editors). In any case, I would be more than glad to help and work in such a project.

Do let me know what comes out of this.

Thank you very much!
