Land Reform and Environmental Conservation

I thoroughly enjoy Pravda Online. It is so helpful to get a perspective on world events from Russia as well as more in-depth information on what's happening in Russia.

I would like to see an article on the relationship of recent land reform measures to the conservation of public lands for national parks, game reserves, etc. in Russia. The balance between economic development and environmental protection is one that we are struggling with in the US. I would like to hear the perspective from Russia. Thanks.
