David J. Joseph Co completes buyout of Galamba Metals Group
Nucor Corp. subsidiary has ended its buyout of Galamba Metals Group. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The David J. Joseph Co. merger with the Gamble won’t influence employees and management team, the only change will be renaming into Advantage Metals Recycling.
In addition to global sourcing of raw materials for steelmaking Nucor will benefit from increased scrap-processing capabilities.
