A designer and manufacturer of connectors and components for electrical and communication markets, Thomas & Betts, announced plans to sell its plastic pipe operations, which brought about $230 million of annual revenue.
The company got the business when bought Lamson & Sessions Co. And now it is going to follow Morgan Joseph & Co.’s advise and sell the operations with a headquarter in Cleveland.
