84-year-old lady wins $590 million in lottery, loses $220 million

A female resident of the U.S. state of Florida won $590 million in a lottery. The happy owner of such an impressive amount of money is 84 years old. The lady refuses to talk to reporters. 

Gloria MacKenzie bought her lucky ticket in a supermarket in the town of Zephyrhills. The lady won the staggering price incidentally: another customer let her cut in line. The customer, who was standing in front of her in line, also wanted to purchase a lottery ticket.

The lady had an opportunity to choose from annual installments or a one-time payment. Having chosen the second option, the woman will receive only 370.8 million dollars.
