Hardly had Turkey recovered from the deadly terrorist attack in its capital of Ankara that took place on February 18, when another explosion occurred near the city of Diyarbakir in the south-east of the country.
Reportedly, terrorists attacked a military convoy. At least six servicemen were killed. Several people were wounded in the attack.

The attack in the south-east of Turkey came the day after the deadly explosion in the Turkish capital of Ankara, when at least 28 people were killed and over 60 wounded when a car bomb went off near vehicles with military personnel on board.
The explosion occurred during evening rush hour in the center of Ankara, close to the buildings of the Turkish Parliament and armed forces headquarters.
