Portuguese Romeu goes too far

A Portuguese husband obliged his wife to walk naked through the streets of their home town as a test of her love for him. The lady in question now wants to see her husband of two months in jail for forcing her to commit an act of such indecency, while he swears that he only asked her to do it, and never forced her.

“The idea came into my head, just as any other idea could have done,” said the young man, from the northern city of Guarda. He claimed that he had insisted that his wife walk nude through the streets as proof of her love for him, because he claimed that she had a lover.

“To be a cuckold and to know it is difficult,” he confessed. However, his wife accuses him of violence and systematic beatings which ended up with a visit to the hospital.
