The court let Gusinsky’s lawyers familiarise themselves with the papers of the case

Moscow inter-municipal court rejected the application of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, calling not to render the papers of Gusinsky’s case to his lawyers. On Thursday the court began consideration of Gusinsky’s lawyers complaint against the fact of bringing an action against their client, Itar-Tass reports. But Public Prosecutor’s Office official Alexander Gorbunov spoke against further consideration of this case, noting that the lawyers’ complaint cannot be a reason of the trial, Gusinsky’s lawyer Yury Bagrayev told journalists.
