The NTV TV company is an attractive facility for investors, among them foreign ones, former head of Gazprom-Media Alfred Kokh believes. In an interview given to the RIA Novosti correspondent in Boston where he participated in the Fifth Annual Russian Investment Symposium held there Alfred Kokh noted that the interest of investors, including foreign ones, in purchasing NTV "will fully depend on the scheme of sale to be accepted" by the owner of the main block of shares - the Gazprom concern. According to Kokh, Gazprom intends to draw in the appraisal of NTV an internationally recognised auditor who will have to appraise the TV company's assets before January 15 and to propose a scheme of its sale.
