Norilsk Nickel employees to stop labor dispute

At today's conference of the staff of the Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Company, employees of the company decided to stop the procedure of a labor dispute, head of Norilsk Nickel's public relations department Sergey Chernitsyn reported to RBC. According to him, 420 of the 464 delegates of the conference voted for this decision. As Chernitsyn pointed out, this means that the personnel will not go on a strike.

Additionally, the participants of the conference discussed and adopted the creation of a commission for developing a program of the company's social development till 2015, by April 15, 2003, and decided to hold a conference of the company's staff in 2004 for summing up the results of their activities in 2003.
