Seventeen-year Old Terrorist Arrested In Grozny District Of Chechnya

A 17-year old terrorist has been detained in the Grozny district of Chechnya, the press service at the Russian Interior Ministry was quoted as saying on Wednesday. The juvenile criminal has been arrested in the course of a joint operation conducted by officers of the Russian Interior Ministry in Chechnya, in the village of Chechen-Aul. In the house where lived the young activist of illegal armed formations, the officers found seven 152-mm artillery shells, five grenades, eleven cartridges for grenade launchers, a night vision device, a video camera and two Kenwood radio stations. There is nothing special about the arrest of the young criminal. Unfortunately, rebel gangs include many youngsters who fight not for ideology, but for money. Young men get a certain sum of money from their foreign sponsors for each terror act they have committed. Nowadays, it is not a shame in Chechnya to earn money by plotting terrorist acts. It doesn't matter who is the target, the most important thing is how well the terrorist acts are paid.
