Blast In Residential Building In Vladivostok Injures Local Businessman

A blast went off in a residential building in the Russian Far Eastern city of Vladivostok in the afternoon yesterday. The power of the blast was equivalent to 200 grams of trotyl, the Vostok-Media agency reported. The director of the Rybkop company was injured in the blast and taken to the hospital. Officers from the FSB federal security service, policemen and rescuers arrived at the site of the accident. It was discovered that the blast was caused by a radio-controlled explosive device planted in the building. An investigation has been started.
