Viktor Borisovich Pakhomov (born March 5, 1959, in Odessa, Ukraine) is a publicist and freelance correspondent for Pravda.ru.

Graduated from Odessa State University with a degree in philology.

Work experience and achievements:

Honored Teacher of Russia, Distinguished Worker in Education of the Russian Federation, and recipient of a commendation from the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation. Member of the Russian Union of Professional Writers and the Union of Journalists of Russia. Chairman of the Novorossiysk branch of the Russian Union of Professional Writers, Chairman of the "Marinist" Patriotic Club, member of the Novorossiysk Public Chamber, author of over 30 books and publications in 300 publications, including "Military Review" and "Literary Gazette."
