Celine Dion Pregnant with Twins

Singing sensation, Celine Dion has announced that after months of in-vitro fertilization she is pregnant with twins. The Canadian musician has been trying for a second child since the birth of her son nine years ago and following four failed attempts at treatment she is finally expecting.

Dion and her husband, Rene Angelil along with their son, Rene-Charles, 9, are more than excited with the news. Dion has previously been devastated by failed attempts to get pregnant in the past saying she felt “bruised and numb”. She miscarried in November of 2009, AhlanLive.com reports.

"We're ecstatic," 68-year-old Angelil told People. "Celine is just hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one baby and the news that we are having two is a double blessing."

Celine is now 14 weeks gone and the couple are set to find out the gender of the twins next month, Eleven informs.
