Britney Spears misses scheduled deposition in her ongoing child custody dispute

Britney Spears did not attend a scheduled deposition in her ongoing child custody dispute with former husband Kevin Federline.

News media and paparazzi was waiting for the pop megastar to show up Wednesday morning at attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan's office.

But Kaplan, Federline's attorney, said he had been told that Spears was not coming.

Kaplan said he was told Spears did not feel well and that she would give her court-ordered deposition at a later date.

Spears and Federline have been arguing for months over custody of their sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
