The lawyers of Ludmila and Igor Trunov, victims in the Nord Ost terrorist attack, have made an appeal for compensation to the European court of human rights. This was announced to a Rosbalt correspondent by the Ms Trunov's lawyer.
The Moscow courts rejected 27 hostage victims' appeals for compensation. The victims had demanded compensation of between USD 50 thousand and USD 1 million.
Ms Trunova said the court not only turned down her appeal for compensation but did not even allow the victims' lawyers to study the cases against the accomplices of the terrorists who carried out the attack in Moscow last October.
