In the beginning of December projects of armed forces reforming will be evidently produced to Russia President Vladimir Putin, “Interfax” announces. “Now painstaking work at the project of armed forces establishment for a period between 2001-2005 comes to the end, and in the beginning of December we will produce it to the President to be confirmed,” - said the chief of the joint staff of army Anatoly Kvashnin.
