Interros Intends To Sell Its Stake In RUSIA-Petroleum

The Tyumen oil company (TNK), Gaprom and RUSIA-Petroleum received no proposal from the Interros holding to purchase its stake in RUSIA-Petroleum, officials of the above mentioned companies reported to RosBusinessConsulting. It is worth mentioning that Director General of Interros Andrey Klishas announced his intention to negotiate the sale of his stake in RUSIA-Petroleum with any of his shareholders and even Gazprom. Among the main shareholders of RUSIA-Petroleum are British Petroleum, Interros, the Investment Fund of the Irkutsk region, TNK and Irkutskenergo.
