Prosecutors in Los Angeles have charged a man with burglarizing the homes of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge.
Nicholas Prugo faces two charges of residential burglary and will be arraigned Nov. 11, The Associated Press reports.
Eighteen-year-old Nicholas Prugo of Calabasas, CA, allegedly took more than $170,000 worth of jewelry and clothing from the stars' homes in the Hollywood Hills.
Police believe Prugo is part of a theft ring of three people, two of whom are women.
Prugo and his crew got into Lohan's house through an unlocked door. He then proceeded to rob the place, though he didn't do such a great job of covering his tracks: Video surveillance at Lohan's home shows him inside.
There is also video surveillance from Patridge's home, as well as further evidence, New York Daily News reports.
Mr Prugo will appear in court on 11 November facing two charges of residential burglary.
Los Angeles prosecutors say more than $43,000 (£26,000) worth of property was stolen from The Hills star Patridge's home in February.
About $128,000 (£77,600) worth of property was taken from Lohan in August.
A statement released by Lohan's publicist at the time said many of the actress's personal belongings were taken "without remorse".
Both incidents were caught on surveillance cameras while neither of the stars were at home when they were burgled.
Mr Prugo could face up to six years in prison if convicted, prosecutors said, BBC News reports.
