A series of murders of Russian-speaking Chechen citizens, which have been committed recently, have been disclosed. According to a RIA Novosti correspondent, the chairman of the republic's government Stanislav Ilyasov informed journalists of this Monday. He stressed that "the investigation is nearly completed and 90 percent of participants in the murders are identified." In Ilyasov's words, "some of them have been arrested by Chechen law-enforcement agencies, and others are on the 'Wanted' list." In the investigators' interests, Ilyasov declined to name concrete participants in the crimes.
