Chubais calls for business and government cooperation

United Energy Systems CEO and co-chairman of the SPS political party Anatoly Chubais said Russian business and government cooperation will assist in the creation of an all-European economic space.

"This cooperation guarantees that our joint work [Russia and the European Union] will help achieve the main goal: open commodity, services and capital markets," said Chubais.

Vice Premier Viktor Khristenko was the head of the commission that developed the concept of a unified economic space between the EU and Russia two years ago.
