Rescuers of the Emergencies Ministry Tuesday morning set to removing obstructions in the mountainous river Khor in the Khabarovsk Territory (Far East). According to the first deputy head of the Far Eastern Emergencies Ministry Department, colonel Valery Sukhoborov, mobile detachment 184 of the separate rescue brigade has already started blasting heavy ice, thereby opening up a way for external waters and preventing flooding of the nearby populated areas.
