About 70,000 persons live in Kazil, the capital of Russia’s republic Tuva. According to information, obtained by the electoral committee in three weeks before the Republican Referendum on new Constitution, the number electors suddenly increased by 20,683. In the course of the investigation it became clear that nobody knows the exact number of the electors. The computer, containing data bank of all the election districts of Kizil, had been stolen. The Committee for Statistics of the Republic helped to settle the problem. It turned out that the list of electors, presented to the electoral committee, contained names of died inhabitants of the town, students, studying in other cities, convicts, etc. The clarification goes on.
