Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on foreign businessmen to help Russia reduce the risks in the nation's economy. While appearing at a session of the World Economic Forum in Moscow, the president said that Russia still had "many unresolved problems." However, according to him, Russia represents a highly promising economy and a huge market in the future. He said that there the country had always had great possibilities, but they had been "limited by high risks." He continued, "our task is to lower these to the minimum." When turning to those present, he said that much had already been done and that these problems would be solved with "your help and direct participation." The Russian president stressed that he was counting on this.
