Vladimir Putin Does Not Rule It Out That "some Taxes" May Be Cut In Russia

"Some taxes, including the VAT," can be reduced in Russia, President of Russia Vladimir Putin said speaking at the visiting session of the World Economic Forum in Moscow on Tuesday. He reported about other moves which Russia intends to make with a view to reducing the risks similar to the financial crisis of 1998. The president mentioned first of all further reform of the tax system, reduction of the tax burden, and stabilisation in the sphere of taxation. Vladimir Putin also stressed that in the tax sphere it is necessary "to act very carefully but consistently."
