An international conference aimed at attracting strategic investors in the state and private sectors of the Moldavian wine industry is to be held in Kishinev today. The forum has been organized by the Moldova-vin department and the Moldavian department for privatization with the support from the bank Raiffeisen Investment AG. More than 50 investors from the CIS and about 100 western companies have been invited to take part in the conference.
According to Moldavian Prime Minister Vasily Tarlev, the development of the wine industry is a priority task for the government.
