Staff Sgt. Johnny Horne Jr. and Staff Sgt. Cardenas Alban, both from Company C, 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment from Fort Riley, Kan, are being charge with murder.
This is the third set of murders charged against soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry that was part of the combat make up in Iraq.
Bush has never once spoken out, or against, the actions of his own troops in what is becoming an all too familiar pattern of US violations of the Geneva Conventions. The soldier's actions could be a direct result of poorly defined rules of engagement or a broad implication of the US itself.
