President Amadou Toumani Toure has won a second five-year term as leader of Mali, according to provisional results from Sunday's vote.
Toure received 68 percent of the vote, far more than the 51 percent he needed to avoid a runoff election, according to Interior Ministry official Boubacar Sow. The second-place finisher, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita Keita, received 19 percent.
