The groom, Edward van Cutsem, is the godson of the Prince of Wales, although Prince Charles was not present, as BBC News reported.
According to the Telegraph News, both princes arrived early with a group of 15 other male guests, wearing black and grey morning suits with a single red rose in their lapels.
Harry sported a salmon pink tie while William wore a deep red tie, with beige waistcoats.
To cheers from royal supporters thronging the narrow streets around the cathedral, the group took up position inside for the arrival of guests.
Security was tight with 150 police officers on duty.
