Swedish companies are planning to participate in the reconstruction of the heating system in one of the oldest regions of Murmansk. As a Rosbalt correspondent was informed by the press office of the state enterprise TEKOS, the company will be visited by representatives of Swedish companies interested in participating in the reconstruction of the energy system in the Leningrad District of Murmansk.
The Swedes' visit is part of a feasibility study of the project, which is being financed by the Swedish Agency for International Development (SIDA) in the form of a grant of SEK 4 million (USD 508.4 thousand). On the basis of a competition in Sweden SIDA selected several companies to take part in the feasibility study. Afterwards a special committee including representatives of TEKOS and members of the regional and city administration will assess the proposals of the Swedish companies.
During their visit Swedish businessmen will get acquainted with TEKOS, visit the Northern boiler-house and meet the management of the Russian company.
