The course of the execution of the budget of the Union State of Russia and Belarus for 2001 will be the main question to be considered at the 18th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of the two states. The meeting will be held in Grodno (Belarus) on May 11-12. President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus who is the chairman of the Higher State Council of the Union State will take the floor at the session reading out a message. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and head of the Union Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Kasyanov and head of the Standing Committee of the Union of Russia and Belarus Pavel Borodin have been invited to take part in the meeting.
