A regular meeting of the council of ministers of the Russia-Belarus Union State has been postponed from mid-November till early December, the Permanent Committee (the executive body) of the Union State has told RIA Novosti. The reason behind this delay has not been disclosed. The drafting of the Union State constitutional act and tax code, preparations for the elections to the lower house of the union parliament and introduction of a new currency are on the meeting's agenda. In addition, the draft of the 2002 budget of the Union State and implementation of the 2001 budget are to be discussed at the meeting. Unlike Russia, Belarus has not financed it totally.
